Exhibitors will be notified regarding their entries. You do not need to do anything at this time, please wait until you are notified by the superintendent or trial secretary as to your options. A lot of stuff has to happen to make this happen so please be patient.

Barn Hunt 2020 Premium



Permission has been granted by the Barn Hunt Association, LLC
for the holding of this Barn Hunt event under BHA rules and regulations.

Registration opens February 19, 2019 and pre-entries MUST BE RECEIVED by March 25, 2020
8 Total Trials!!
Wednesday and Thursday, April 8 & 9, 2020, Chattahoochee Weimaraner Club (2 trials each day)
Friday and Saturday, April 10 & 11, 2020, Atlanta Kennel Club (2 trials each day)

Classes offered each day:

Instinct only in Trial 1 each day, Novice, Open, Senior, and Master will be offered in all trials.

Instinct and Novice may be entered in the same trial in accordance with the BH rules.

Entries limited to 200 MRV or approx. 8 hours judging time, per judge, per day

Trial to Trial move ups are allowed … please handle after the class and/or before the end of each day.

Classes may be split between judges for load balancing.

Entry fees: Instinct $15 – Novice $22 -- Open $25 – Senior $30 -- Master $33.00

Late or Day-of-Show entry fees: Instinct $20.00 – Novice $27 – Open $30 – Senior $35 – Master $38.00


Day-of-Show entries accepted from 7:30 am to 8:00 am each day, if limits are not reached with pre-entries.

General briefing 8:00 am EST, Judges briefing at 8:15 am, first dog in the ring at 8:30 am


The specific running order of classes will be in your final email confirmation based on class entries received and determined by the Judges and the Trial Committee.

Specific order in the individual classes will be posted each day before the trails begin.

Entries open February 19, 2020 and close March 25, 2020. Entries will be accepted in the order received.

Please be sure your entry is completely filled-in, signed and includes payment.

Pre-Entries must be RECEIVED by March 25, 2020. Maximum of 10 dog entries per envelope.

Late entries must be RECEIVED by April 6, 2020.

These trials are for two different clubs – AKC & CWC –depending on which days you enter, you may receive more than one email for confirmations and results.
